There are so many details in this one it's mind boggling. Gordon very clearly breaks down very technical instruction for just about every scenario. With some basic understanding of the back mount position, I feel like this is not only the next best step, but is practically the bible for back control/attacks. Very happy with this purchase.

I highly recommend this series by Ed Abrasley. The techniques demonstrated are applicable in every day rolling. The techniques are clearly explained and are very practical. The instructor has a systematic approach to this series, and each technique flows into the next technique, but they also can all be used separately. This series of techniques can be used by all levels and all age groups. I highly recommend it.
