This is an excellent reference. It’s not really a “course” per se in that you wouldn’t watch it from start to finish, but as someone whose background is primarily in MMA and no-gi, this is a very nice resource for helping me get up to speed on gi throws. I appreciate the format in which each throw gets a demonstration from a few different angles and an explanation of some of the most important things to remember.

Money well spent! White belts, get this ASAP. conceptual and technical approach to teaching survival and escapes from common pins in jiujitsu taught by the sexiest man in BJJ today! Need i say more? seriously, craig Is straight to the point and competition-tested, content is solid. Minor gripe is the audio, could be improved but all in all a solid, must have instructional. MUST HAVE!
