Effortless Jiu Jitsu by Rich Byrne
This is a great instructional because Rich provides a simple "modern" game without loosing depth. He provides a complete guard game that's dynamic and modern without the need of extra complicated moves or the need for athleticism. I'm over 30 so I don't invert as often or try bolo stuff that much but with Rich's tips I'm willing to try again.
