Good stuff, but nothing bad or negative about him, (He is an olympian medalist), I am just having a hard time trying to understand his broken English when he is explaining techniques. Maybe he should have spoken Japanese and have someone else translate it using sutbtitles or a voice over in English.

This was the first instructional I ever purchased on BJJ Fanatics. I was going back and reviewing some of my other earlier instructionals, and I remembered this one. When I purchased it, I really studied it and added most of the concepts to my half guard game most of which I still use today. If you're looking for a systematic approach to half guard, this can be a standalone approach.

Iranian Bodylock System Weapons of Pass Destruction by Mike Rakshan
I usually buy instructional like this one because they are super comprehensive and this one did not disappoint. Mike is a bodylock master and he has proof from his ADCC runs. As a light guy, I used to think the bodylock was only for big guys but it works for us too! The Miyao bros and others use the bodylock with success at high levels. This is a solid passing system and Mike provides techniques for every situation imaginable.
