He offers specific solodrills to get the techniques and beating the defenses and counters easier. Within every playbook section he covers the couters and how to beat them step by step. Highly recommend!!

Good value for money. Tarik does a good job explaining his footlock system. It's not overly complicated and can be applied even by beginners like me. I found the first part of the DVD to be easily applicable in no gi as well. For me, the knee bar section very useful.

Professor Mikey Musumeci demystified the berimbolo for older jiu jitsu players! I like his detailed and systematic apprach about each part of the body and how to utIlize it in the most efficient way! I bought this series to understand the berimbolo better because a lot of the young guns in the gym are using it over and over and I want to became able to deal with it safely so that no one of my training partners get hurt and I do not to. It opend my eyes about inverting in general no matter for which purpose. I almost always struggled because of my neck. Since I use my shoulders to invert if I want to invert it is a way safer and easier. Highly recommend!!

It’s quite a neglected topic and yet really interesting. I have just a couple of instructionals on compressions and this one is the most applicable one, well organised and with doable techniques. Some repetitions (gariations i would have kept together) but it is a good instructional on a not explored topic.

Professor Marcos Tinoco provided an outstanding instructional about the lasso guard. It is about how to sweep and submit out of it But what makes this instructional so amazing beside his exellent teaching is that he shows a lot of sequences where you can switch immediatly form attacking one side of your opponent to the other so that you increase the rate of success. You get attacks against kneeling opponents as well as against standing opponents. This series also opend my eyes about how well some sequences fit into my halfgaurd game! I also like the sequence about the transition to the single leg x guard. It is a perfect example of starting to attack one side via lasso and finish by attacking the other sde via single leg x sweep. Highly recommend!!

I have to give props as I feel Prof Moore does an excellent job breaking down the basics along with the finer points. Additionally, I feel he seems to really enjoy sharign technique and has a passion for it. Instructionals like this are the best because you are going to get way more than your moneis worth. Pena in depth teaching really helps the techniques sink in. He makes sure you understand the concepts of his back takes before showing. Very detailed and all belt levels can learn a great deal from this tutorial. Some techniques I wont even try yet as they seem very advanced but good I have them there for when I'm ready! Plenty I can use though! 10/10

Professor Mica Galvao unites a great athletic/competition skillset with an outstanding teaching skillset. -The techniques he is showing are sold well known techniques in jiu jitsu with upraded with a lot of key steps to secure positions and kep yourself safe during transitions all the time. He offers an two on one gameplan as well as a overhook gameplan. Furthermore he offers a game around flower sweep and the kimura trap and hip bump sweep and a game when your opponent is about to get an upright posture on bottom. At last he shows his game when your opponent is about to stand up or already managed to stand up. At the end of each segment he is summarizing all the key details to get the techniques done. This is one of my favourite ccloses guard instructionals!! Highly recommend!!
