The concepts of the instructional
Takedowns In The Gi by Mica Galvao
The concepts of the instructional are super digestible and the added details are great when trying them out in training. Awesome compilation of techniques.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:fire:A great comprehensive intro to No-Gi Take Downs.
No Gi Takedown Fundamentals by Andre Galvao
This is a great instructional for people who are relatively new to the stand up game. Although I've been doing BJJ for over a decade, I still got a lot out of it because I was mainly a gi player starting from the knees or butt. A.G. covers a variety of no gi judo and wrestling moves that are safe for the bjj game. The instructional is organized in a sensible manner and his competition successes and experience obviously shine through and are a benefit to anyone who watches this. If there is one suggestion that I could make, and it's a minor one, I would suggest that when they film these instructionals, that the instructor and the uke wear obviously different colors, which makes observing the placement of limbs just that much easier. This suggestion could be applied to a few other instructionals I've bought from BJJ Fanatics. Still though, it's a minor production point and it's still a fantastic instructional.

Arm Bars: Enter The System by John Danaher
Professor John Danaher gives you all the tools you need to make the armbar work out of every spot. With high petcentage submitting rate and very low percentage risk. He mainly focusses on control based methods but also offers you speed based methods. He points out every stage of the techniques super sharp and teaches you what rwally matters and what do not. In this way you can increase your focus an details that really make the diffetence. I have knee and hip issues and before I watched this manual I lost the armbars from sidecontrol 95% of the time. Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Smart art of gi chokes by Professor Jag Pages
Enter The Sandman by Jay Pages
Professor Jay Pages provided an amazing instructional on gi chokes intruducing into baseball loop chokes and baseball chokes as well as brabo chokes and common other chokes. His approach is very systematic and structured. First he explains the mechanics of each main choke and then he goes over different set ups. He points out that the differences between the several variations of set ups are very small in terms of finishing mechanics or even do not exist. He guides you through all details and changes that mattes step by step. You get a system withi every series that builds up so that you just have to add up or change small details form one techique to another. His main concepts are controlling your opponent's leg(s) whenever accesable and increase the power of the choke by proper body and limb positioning. His style of teaching is very calm and precise. Highly recommend!!

Ultimate Guard Passing by Ana Carolina Vieira
Always been a fan of Ana Vieira's guard-passing and this instructional did not disappoint! She does an awesome job showing passes from various guards, but where this instructional really shines is her passes to seldom discussed hybrid guards (Leg Lasso, DLR Spider, DLR Lasso, etc..). On every pass she goes into detail about how to maintain a good base and timing of the movements which I found extremely insightful. I always enjoyed watching her matches because she looks so hard to off-balance; once she discusses how she holds her base in this instructional, I have a little better understanding of why! Great stuff, would recommend to anyone looking to improve their guard passing against tricky guards.

Literally the best instructional on the subject
BJJ For The Street by Burton Richardson
Full disclosure: I'm one of Burton's Black Belts, but there is a reason I stayed training with him for so long. This is hands down the best collection of material on using jiujitsu for self defense because the techniques are applied against fully resisting opponents. Burton's techniques were honed in tested in the crucible of rolling, true to the spirit of Brazilian Jiujitsu. At this price, it's a steal
Definitly one of the top 3 guard passing instructionals
Guard Passing Masterclass by Tomer Alroy
Professor Tomet Alroy is a conceptual mastermind! First he is giving you guidance how to structure your training and training sessions. Second you will get concepts on how to structure your guard passing in general and specific drilling. Third you get specific passes from set up positions already with solutions to clear frames and complete the pass. Then it comes to how to pass open guard and seated guard. Finally it goes into specific guard passes. At last you get drilling sections where he puts his concepts to life via explaining and executing. ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE!!!

High Percentage Gi Passes by Gordon Ryan
It's for free. What else do you want to know. I think that it's a really introduction to get to know Gordon as a teacher. You can see the quality of his guard passing concepts. It's Danaher written all over it and that's a great thing.

Coach Petrone is the savior of Catch Wrestling. If you are a wrestler by trade coming into submission grappling or a jiujiteiro who wants to learn wrestling style holds, this is the absolute best instructional to utilize. Battle tested Kimura Game Plan
the Kimura Scheme by Clark Gracie
Professor Clark Gracie developed a complete kimura attack system. It opens by attacking/defending double and single leg attacks from standing . Furthermore you get attacks from side control top. Half guard top. Half guard bottom. Closed Guard. Half Guard bottom. Turtle top. Turtle bottom. Primarily it is about submit via kimura. Secundarily it is about transion to other submissions via kimura and how to pass via kimura. Additionally you get sweeps and backtackes. What is another big extra of this series is that you get tought how to submit from half guard top without the necessity of clearing the leg traps/hooks. He points out how to control properly first and second how to transition properly to the submission set up. He points out the key facts and shows very clear the consequences if you miss them.

Sit up sweeps and back takes by Thomas Rozdynski
Gravity Is Your Friend: Sit Up guard Sweeps by Thomas Rozdzynski
Professor Thomas Rozdynski developed a sit up guard series consisting of three major parts. Part 1 is about playing the sit up guard by wraping one leg around the front leg of your opponent. and utilize cross sleeve to sweep. Part 2 is about utilizing the cross collar instead of the cross sleve. Part 3 is about the shin on shin sit up guard. His approach is on positioning and mowing yourself into a position where you can sweep your opponent via a hip and or leg switch and using your hands just as connection points to transfer your bodyweight and movement. He is explaining all techniques in a conceptual context and step by step through the techniqual details. He shows basic techniques and variations for each of the given types of sit up guard which are which are variations of each other or closely related so that you can transfer the basic moves in between each types. Highly recommend!!!

Nice Course with Dave Leduc
Foundation of Lethwei by Dave Leduc
I had a great time purchasing this video from Dave Leduc . New adjustments from what you may know from muay thai or kickboxing due to the fact that you use your head to strike and fight without gloves. This led me to buy the next video NEW LETHWEI without any hesitation. Go for it!
Superb Quality
The Kimura Anthology by Lachlan Giles
This video is more expensive than many of Lachlan Giles', but you can see the huge effort that has gone in to making it. The instructional is equally as encyclopedic as many of his earlier videos, but the organisation is much easier to follow. * Much better camera and lighting than even a Danaher video * Very good and clear sound * Solidly edited * Appropriate Closeups * Gi and no-gi in the same instructional. The two are seamlessly edited together. * Contrasting Gi and Rashguards in every take. He's thought about this. * Highlighted chapter headings at the start of each clip so you can tell where you are. He follows this with a brief clip of the move, so you know if you have found the right place. * Encyclopedic coverage in a straightforward layout * Rolling footage interspersed with multiple angle takes of the full move at the end of each tutorial * Lachlan Giles doesn't repeat himself unnecessarily, but he does recap a bit more in this video, which is great. Very easy to follow in contrast to some of the earlier, denser stuff. This is definitely the best instructional I own in terms of quality. Giles has clearly spent a lot of time thinking about what makes a good instructional, and it really shows in this product.
Gordon’s details make a big difference in my rolls
Systematically Attacking The Back by Gordon Ryan
The little details Gordon goes through make such a difference. When rolling with fellow training partners at my academy I can tell they are not use to the technique I am applying on them I learn from this course.
