The Unstoppable Loop Choke by Nicholas Meregali
Nicholas is one of my favorite guard players. This was a must have when I saw it. His details help me shoot this from a ton of positions now.

Brandon is exceptional in his explanation and understanding of how to get kills from the top. I found myself spending whole rounds on top but not landing many finishes. Not anymore.

The No Gi Takedowns You're looking for >> Offense and Defense >> Even if you know NOTHING already about Takedowns
The Counter Throwing Wrestling Manual by Katelyn Jarrell
This should be highlighted as a No-Gi takedowns course. I already have several from this site, but this is the one I wish I had started with. There are a variety of throws you can use offensively, or in response to the other guy's takedown attempt. Much better variety than another course I got that's about the same length. None of the throws are complex--they say you need to study judo for years to get functional, but these all seem like techniques you can drill for about a week, then pull off on resisting opponents at open mat. And it's actually a fun watch. Katelyn is clearly having fun throwing her husband (the designated training partner) around I actually laughed out loud a few times watching this. So--Great information and lots of fun!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great video
Go Further Faster Bundle by John Danaher
This is a must have for anyone looking to focus on details and have a complete package regarding their Jits game. John breaks it down in a simple and easy to understand way and I appreciate his goal of having his students be aggressive attacking with submissions and not concerned about being placed in a bad position! This is what has been missing with the game!! Thank you, Professor Danaher!
Simple breakdowns
Systematically Attacking From Half Guard by Gordon Ryan
Great breakdowns of complex positions
Excellent system
New Wave Jiu Jitsu: Mounted Pin Attacks - The 4x4 Mount System by John Danaher
Our instructor has taught Mount based on this system and I decided to pick it up myself to study some details on my own. The system is relatively easy to implement and I have already found my own favorite "sequences" of control grips to submissions.
Essential study for all BJJ practitioners
Guard Retention: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
John breaks down every aspect of retaining the guard in a high level of detail. This is not an instructional that I would suggest you watch in one sitting. Given the density of the information, it is more beneficial to focus on one section at a time, to allow your mid to digest the knowledge. There is a lot of knowledge to be consumed in here and I think it is a must have for all BJJ practitioners.
Kimura from position to submission - relentless!
Kimura Hunting by Kazushi Sakuraba
K. S. show kimuras out of every possible position. Furthermore he shows a lot of details to make your opponent feel uncomfortable by using every boney part of your connected limbs and body parts. You will get a recounter for almost every counter. Additionally you get some armbars and wristlocks. Highly recommend!
Perfect beginner's programm and details for advanced students too
Fundamentals of a Jiu Jitsu Renegade by Kurt Osiander
K. O. created a great compilation with wisely chosen techniques for the most common szenarios. Closed guard. Sit up guard. Mount. Side Control. Back control Escapes. Mount and side control escapes. Guard passing. You could develop a whole gameplan out of it. And use this material to explore the fundamental principles. Highly recommend!

Wrist Lock The World by Pete Letsos
Been playing with wrist locks prior to buying this for a little bit. This series is a great addition and really helps lock in some key points with getting those wrist locks. It's done really well with all of the explanations are done in a clear manner that's easy to understand. Well worth the purchase if you are wanting to improve your wrist lock game or just starting.
great, great, great
Effortless Jiu Jitsu by Rich Byrne
Straight into my top 10. If somebody ask for a video from this site, this should be suggested without thinking. Rich has an amazing system, en extensive knowledge and the biggest will to pass it to the others. great understanding of the mechanisms under the techniques. and, as he said: he's (like) you, so he can show you what really works hit hard when he casually mentioned Leandro Lo...

Leg Entanglements From The Creative Mind of Junny: Precision Leg Entanglements Vol 3 by Junny Ocasio
He’s covered all bases here. Lots of positions. Lots of controls. Some submission overlap, which is expected. I enjoy the 5 minute replay summary at the end of the section, it’s a good way to jog the mind and remember the key points.
WARNING
I'm a deep half player and it's pure gold for me. Also, the concept itself of the video is really advanced: a top notch purchase if you have a background. If not, Jeff did a couple of other instructionals on the deep half...
Response from BJJ Fanatics:fire:Masterful

Excellent instructional to improve you NoGi chokes!
The Mechanics Of No-Gi Chokes by Jordan Preisinger
Jordan Preisinger is such an amazing teacher! This instructional shows you in detail how to really improve your NoGi chokes. I'm now finishing chokes at a way higher rate than before, it has really changed my choking game a lot! Preisinger shows you all the crucial details, but his style is very efficient and to the point, no extra rambling etc.
Nicely paced fun instructional
Wrist Lock The World by Pete Letsos
Title says it all, fun easy to follow video
Gold dust
New Wave Jiu Jitsu: Mounted Pin Attacks - The 4x4 Mount System by John Danaher
If you can get past Danaher’s style then you have a great mount instructional that is different from everything else out there. This isn’t so much an encyclopaedia of techniques but rather a thesis on how to maximise your mount game.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Super tight armbars for old guys
Gunslinger: Pistol Grip Armbars by Chad Keel
Straight armbars are often a hard to get because they require athletic setups or allow athletic turning or bridging escapes. Watch Gary Tonon vs Kron Gracie for example. These armbars prevent the athletic young guys in the gym from even thinking about an escape and they come on FAST. You’ll have to be very careful with your training partners but this instructional will have you catching them with armbars at far higher rates than before.

Simple and easy to remember
Best Submission From Top Position by Helena Crevar
Helena shows the basics of the movement and with each move is followed by the next option. Very easy to break down and remember which can always help when it’s information overload with BJJ sometimes.
Extremely well done
Systematically Attacking the Guard Body Lock Study by Gordon Ryan
You know what you're getting from a Gordon Ryan instructional: a detailed breakdown into how the best in the world does things. He doesn't spend as much time on theory and explanations as Danaher does, but you still definitely feel like you're getting a crash course on theory in addition to practical technique. I especially appreciated how Gordon discusses how to adapt the techniques for all body types and admits that body lock passing is not a universal solution- he also spends a fair bit of time covering how to transition from the body lock into other passes by forcing the opponent into a specific guard (especially half guard).
Seriously golf
Art of Death Passing by Matt Darcy
First instructional I got that I could insert into my game immediately. Good blend of concept and technique without talking forever like some other instructional but also present a system and not just moves
Next level stuff
Feet To Floor Bundle by John Danaher
Only half way through the first instructional and have learned so much. Typical DDS stuff, breaks it down into a system that gives you clear direction in the standup Gi game
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Half Guard Passing
Systematically Attacking The Guard: Half Guard Passing by Gordon Ryan
This instructional is very in-depth, with so many “what if” scenarios to help you prepare for almost any situation. Gordon always delivers and this is no exception!
Lots of solo and partner drills
The Progressive System: The Juji Gatame by Flavio Canto
I had attended his clinic where he showed a bunch of really awesome solo drills. I lamented the fact that I could not remember them all, but they are all on these videos. These videos are also full of gems on techniques, such as why the crosschest leg is more important than crossface leg when executing an armbar from the guard. Highly recommended.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Excellent Instructional
