Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Total Body Pressure Gives You Time
Total Body Concepts For Controlling The Fight by Fabio Leopoldo
Using the concept from Total Body Control of “riding the ball”gave me time to get the submission I was looking for. I was able to move from side control to north south and then back to side control to get a paper cutter, the whole time staying “on top of the ball”. It gave me the pressure throughout to keep my opponent pinned. By the time I got the paper cutter he wanted it over after so much pressure as I was moving around. Great concepts to keep opponents pinned.
Excellent

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Simple Things Work Best
Submissions From Everywhere by JT Torres
I'm a huge JT Torres fan and have had the pleasure of taking seminars & private lessons with the man. I can honestly say he has made a direct impact in many aspects of my game and my thought process with Jiu Jitsu. I own all his instructionals and this is just another example of why I love his teaching philosophy when it comes to BJJ. One of his sayings in his instructionals and at his seminars is the concept of "Simple Things Work Best". I know I sometimes get overwhelmed by the complexity of techniques in the current landscape of BJJ and feel like I must learn these things in order to play. With JT, he always tries to show us that you can be effective and have longevity in BJJ with what he calls "Simple Things". This is instructional is just another example of that philosophy. All these techniques that he is showing are really timeless techniques that any one can learn and apply into their game immediately. The added details that he adds just make them more effective. This is a definite buy if you are looking to add some high percentage submission to your game. I could've have been happier with this purchase and I highly recommend that you check out all his other instructionals. If you get a chance to take a seminar or private, please do so. You will not regret it. Sorry for my fanboying hahahaha
