This is one of the best instructionals I've ever watched. Lachlan and Ari are great teachers. They explain the concepts behind their style of guard retention, not just showing you techniques. Some parts get very detailed and intricate but they try their best to make it as easy as possible to understand. I highly recommend this instructional from white belts all the way to black belts.
