Deadly Wristlocks by Marcio Stambowsky
Great course on often neglected wrist lock techniques. By a legend and original Rolls student, one of the famous five. Marcio is a great teacher and great comunicator. Who explains the techniques very well even for a beginer like myself. Overall I am very happy with this course. Cool to see him teaching next to his daughter.

Jiu-jitsu gold mine for more than leglocks
Exploring Outside Heel Hooks by Sean Applegate
This is probably the best instructional I have seen yet (and I buy a lot of instructionals, or so my girlfriend complains!). I have not even completed the last volume but there is just so much gold in the first three that it's already my favorite. Sean Applegate is really clear and concise in his teaching. I also like that he starts with the endpoint (breaking mechanics) and goes backwards from there (isolation, pinning, sweeping/entries) so you have a clear idea what you are looking for when you get to the desired position. This instructional has a good balance between concepts, techniques and actual examples of the concepts elaborated upon and will help anyone from beginner to advanced in understanding the underlying principles that make jiu-jitsu work. Thank you Sean!

Self Mastery: Solo BJJ Training Drills by John Danaher
I watched and practiced it mainly during the first big lockdown in 2020. It was very helpful then, and still to this day. I still find great value in, at least, two of the main ideas of the video which are first, to practice the moves, even alone, with a sense and understanding of their purpose when training with an opponent or partner; and second, the importance of visualization when practicing the moves with the shadow grappling.

Protecting & Generating Dynamic Offense From The Turtle by Priit Mihkelson
I train at a school that likes to bash on the turtle as a horrible position. Priit really opened my eyes to the position. I now use it regularly to set up my wrestling. This is one of those rare instructionals that made an immediate impact on my game. I was able to effectively apply these principles after one viewing. Highly recommended!
