Like I wanted to learn sasae tsurikomi ashi. and Travis introduce every throw in a 2-4 step fashion that I really love! Uchikomi, nagekomi, developing power in this throw, solodrills and partner drills. I mean this kind of instructional combined with his gripping kuzushi .. This is obviously very well thought trough and Travis deserves everything good that i coming to him!

Jiu Jitsu for Old Guys: Over / Under Pressure Passing System by Bernardo Faria
Bernado said this is for the older person in their 30's, 40's or even 50's. Well, I started when I was 62, and now am a purple belt at the age of 68, and these videos are really helpful to me. I am passing the guard of people who I almost never passed before, and I love the way that Bernardo explains the details. I will be watching these videos over and over (or over and under?) again, and passing more guards.
