Systematically Attacking The Back by Gordon Ryan
Best possible explanation of how to not only control the back but submit and learn to do the 2 simultaneously. The great thing about Gordons dvds is that he not only teaches you technique but the why behind, crucial to become your own thinker and not having to rely on someone else all the time.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Logical and Systematic
Systematically Attacking The Guard by Gordon Ryan
The concepts being taught are logical and systematic. It doesn't involve any strength use. But for some scenario, options are also provided to get the most effective counter or at least a guard retention.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Great techniques clearly explained
Collar & Sleeve Guard a Systematic Approach by Isaac Doederlein
Isaac explained the many techniques well. The techniques were repeated in 3 or 4 different angles to offer a 360 degree view. No time wasted as the pace of the video is just right. Good stuff. Keep it coming please.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Not conceptual, and Mostly technique
Understanding The Distance From Guard by Gui Mendes
I was hoping for more concepts about distance and how to apply them, but the instructional is actually 10 techniques from three main distances. While the content and instruction were good, I was slightly disappointed. Gui has a great teaching style and explains why he does the variations of techniques he does. A lot of content wasn’t new, but Gui’s variations are little gems that bump this up to 4 stars.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Vlad teaching the John wick throw. Period
Sode Tsurikomi Goshi by Vlad Koulikov
The imported part is in the title I guess. But that would sell the instructional short. Obviously I bought it because of the previously mentioned technique. And since vlad hasn’t let me down in any video it was an easy sell. But even the basic version of this throw is something I am looking forward to try. Great details without taking to much time. Don’t get blinded by the relatively short run time. This is not a danaher instructional. But in classic vlad koilikov way he brings across everything you need to explore the technique for yourself.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Simple and Dynamic Passing Techniques
Passing, Back Takes & Finishes by JT Torres
I had been getting absolutely highlight reeled by higher level guys who liked to play open guard from a seated position. I picked up this series specifically for my lamentable guard passing skills and it was literally a game-changer. After a few weeks of practicing some of JT's passes, those guys weren't so eager to sit down anymore. The fun didn't stop there, though. This is one of the series in my library that I frequently refer back to and find new techniques to integrate to my game. Thanks!

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Lots of repetition
Passing the Guard: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
In the first 2 volumes (I dont know about the rest yet) there is ALOT of repetition that I was first a bit annoyed with. But that way its also almost like "learning by seeing".. Repetition is the mother of knowledge. Im looking forward to hear him talk about the knee-cut pass.. I have a feeling I'll get more details and variations.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Excellent Instructional
The Lightweight Guard by Matheus Gonzaga
