I got this video almost two years ago when i was a new white belt - too soon for my level of development. However, As a new blue belt I'm now able to benefit from the concepts and techniques. This helps me as a rooster weight when i go against larger opponents - in training and tournaments.

This dvd gave me a couple of turtle-backtakes that I enjoyed but what most stuck with me was the reverse triangel. regardless I believe that some stuff will stick in your arsenal. Some might miss info on the more detailed control of gripping from the back. But for me, good intro to take the back.
