Great info on what to consider
Jiu Jitsu During Pregnancy & Postpartum by Brianna Battles
This was a great webinar presentation on things to consider and think of being pregnant while training jiu jitsu and thoughts for postpartum when it comes to the sport. Next iteration would be nice to see technique modifications while pregnant, so women can feel better prepared to make body adjustments to drilling. Thank you for putting this information out there! It's amazing to see better education on the topic being taught.
Tripod Passing: Beating Inside Position
Tripod Passing: Beating Inside Position by Jozef Chen
A clear, practical breakdown of tripod passing focused on solving the inside position battle. J Chen keeps it efficient and realistic, emphasizing balance, timing, and pressure over strength. A solid instructional for anyone looking for a reliable, structured approach to passing active guards.

New Wave Jiu Jitsu: No Gi Half Guard 3 Directions of Attack by John Danaher
The Go Further Faster Half Guard DVD is one of John Danahers first DVDs and its very short and not perfectly assortet. Its pretty confusing. But The New Wave Jiu-Jitsu No-Gi Half Guard is very well logically built and has all the cool stuff missing in the Go Further Faster DVD: Deep Half Guard, Body Locks, a very deep view on the Elbow Escape and Knee Shield. All the good stuff is in there. But the considerations about the grip fight alone makes it worth it. You get this understanding of non robust grips and the nessecety of following the opponent to truly make it work in No Gi. Its Fantastic!
Advanced Half Guard: Tilt Sweep
Advanced Half Guard: Tilt Sweep by Brandon Quick
This is a great video to help you improve your half guard!
Brilliant
How To Learn Jiu Jitsu by Chris Paines
I really love this instructional because it breaks down jiu jitsu into concepts that really help you to find a place in your mind to group, analyse, organise and understand the multitude of techniques that you will ultimately learn on your journey. Chris' style is clear, to the point and accessible and he undestands what a confused student might want and need to know, and gives you the solutions of HOW to think about and conceive the dilemas you will face on the matsw. Serioulsy, this is an instructional for all belts, and I will be coming back to this again and again. So so glad I bought this.

Winning The Battle For Pressure, Pace And Space by Jean Ndoye
Love all of it
Must have for Top-Players
I’m a competitive blue belt who regularly competes, and I’ve attended several of Jakob’s seminars in Germany. This instructional is a strong continuation of what he teaches there and works perfectly as a reference and refinement tool. The J-Lock itself is a highly effective submission that holds up both in the training room and in competition. What makes it especially valuable is that it’s not just about finishing — the position gives excellent control and pressure, which makes it ideal for dictating the exchange. That control aspect will feel very natural to wrestlers and judoka, since Jakob clearly integrates concepts from both sports into the ground work. Beyond the technique, Jakob is simply a great instructor and person. If you ever get the chance to attend one of his seminars, it’s absolutely worth it.

Fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu: Introduction To Meregali’s Gi System by Nicholas Meregali
One of the most useful instructionalals in my library. Merengali is an excellent teacher who really emphasises and explains the fine details that make these techniques so useful. There are so many fine details that I keep going back to and refreshing. It is not a long instrumental but man is it packed with useful techniques and details. Highly recommend to brush up on your Gi game. Thank you for the effort Mr Merengali.

A good guide to crucifixion
Crucifire by Bradley Schneider
A good guide to crucifixion. There are some exotic options.
Not much content. Good quality
Octopus Guard 2.0 by Craig Jones
A lot of Craig instructionals the value comes from his conceptual breakdown of positions rather than specific moves and that is the same with octopus 2. This one is especially light on content because most the turtle content is reused from Power Bottom. If you have seen that already and you don't tend to deal often with Darces, about 30% of the content is repetitive or low likelihood of getting used much. I still would recommend it for the whole first 2 volumes. Craig's explanation and demos of the concepts, and the section on common reactions (vol2) are excellent. I'd just make sure you have a hefty discount code
