I saw a Shintaro sasae tutorial on you tube. It was a quick video but somehow very detailed. I applied the technique in class the next day. Shintaro is a great instructor. He teaches you the basic details for a good set up and his videos are short but concise.

I am a simple guy - i See Lachlan i go for it. only a few instructors with that level of each move and concept explanations. as for technical stuff - as a hg fan it is a must have as Lachlan goes through easiest stuff to them little details which will change you hg game for sure and the better. highly recommend to any level of experience, even though is covers no gi the gi heads will find their spots to cover as well

Super sick. Tons of cool subs from the cradle, and you do not need a wrestling background in order to hit them. Melanson is a great coach/instructor, and is also very likable and funny. Highly recommend.
