Awesome tricky weapon to add to your arsenal. Love the Hawaiian Headlock!
Powerful system with time-tested fundamentals and new concepts
The Roger Gracie Closed Guard System by Roger Gracie
Clear instruction, built around some clear concepts. The chapters are logically laid out. I've been working on my closed guard for 10+ years and had never thought about the strategy for winning the initial grip fight in closed guard. The arm bar system was also new to me. Ever attack neatly pairs with others, and there some really great guard retention techniques that I'd either never seen or didn't retain.
