X Guard Evolution: Set Ups, Control, Sweeps,Back Attacks and Submissions by Andy Murasaki
Like Bernardo, I am a huge fan of Andy and his game! Andy is one of my favorite players, has an amazing jiu jitsu, very efficient and plastic! A big part of his game is the x guard... so that was a no brainer for me... The course is very complete and well structured. Andy covered a lot of ground here... its perfect to start and develop a modern x guard game! In addition to it, Andy explanations are very clear and easy to follow. Tks for everything that u are giving to the bjj community Andy! Cant wait for the guard pass instructional! Osss

Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older Or Less Athletic - Top Game Gi by John Danaher
I trained for ~ 2 years in highschool and was athletic from other sports I played. I had to take a break and I'm coming back to the sport 15 years later and 100 lbs heavier. My game has to be completely different now because I'm much slower and less flexible than I used to be. This instructional has been really helpful for building out the base of my game and helping me rethink my approach to the game I am trying to craft.
