Adam made Butterfly my favourite guard
Butterfly Guard Re-discovered: No Gi Butterfly Guard Encyclopedia by Adam Wardzinski
This instructional took me from being frustrated with butterfly telling myself it doesn’t work, to it being my favourite attacking guard. It filled a massive hole in my game and made other aspects that I use much better. Also, the sheer amount of content covered in the instructional is amazing. It covers so much in so much detail and not just butterfly guard. So much more than other instructionals Butterfly Guard Army!

No Gi Takedowns Made Easy by Rick Hawn
Rick does a great job of nailing some fundamental core principals of judo in NoGi. At first I wasn't sure how this would translate to my standup but after really starting to drive home the idea of kazushi and how it plays into your NoGi grips, the movements started to all connect and became easy to follow. Now I love playing with his throws and incorporating this into my standup. Definetly recommend for anyone wanting to incorporate more judo into their NoGi game.
