Nice System for Older Players
Waterfall Passing System by Maggie Grindatti
This is a nice passing system for older players, as it doesn't require a lot of athleticism. A lot of the core concepts of her waterfall system are similar to what Danaher talks about in his older grapplers series. There are many details that I really like that are unique from what Danaher teaches. I recommend this DVD as a simplified (but still comprehensive) system that really works for passing. It has details that leverage your body to the maximum benefit.
