Exactly What I've Been Looking For!!!
Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older Or Less Athletic - Top Game Gi by John Danaher
I started BJJ when I was 42 years old. Now at 44 and a Blue Belt, I've been searching for great content on how I can better handle the younger more athletic monsters at our training academy. John Danaher is a leged, we all know that. However, its the way he breaks down these techniques and approaches that makes this series worth its weight in gold. The very first 17:00 minutes of this series has been game changing alone!! If you are an older practionier BUY THIS NOW!!

Mastering No Gi Takedowns by Travis Stevens
This video is a must-watch for anyone looking to take their standup grappling game to the next level. It features Travis Stevens teaching no-gi takedowns, with a focus that is less judo-centric than many other "no-gi judo" instructionals. It's a great resource for anyone looking to improve their no-gi takedowns, and Travis does an excellent job of teaching the material.

Great explanations, but missing what I was hoping to get out of it
Survive and Escape by Matt Thornton
I purchased this after watching a youtube video where he was teaching mount escapes. I'm blue, nearing purple, and still get embarrassingly stuck in side control, even by lower belts once they figure out how to control their pressure, and figured based on his ability to explain on youtube and the length of this video that it would be a good library of info in which to find a better solution that what I was currently doing. Like in the youtube videos, he gives a great explanation for each move and there is a tone of info on here. However, for me I couldn't give it 5 stars because it doesn't contain the 2 most common forms of side control I see played and get stuck in so I wasn't able to apply it directly (some you can frame and work your way into positions he shows here).

could rate this 4 or 5 depending on what you are looking for
Exit The System by Garry Tonon
I struggled with which to rate this. Garry goes over a lot of escapes from a number of different positions and they are very good. I've frustrated a few people with his crucifix escape. I ultimately went with 4 stars because for the price you can get similar levels of detail and a lot more total escapes, even if you piecemeal with some of the others because they are cheaper. I'm also not the caution to the wind type that he is and won't utilize some of his armbar escapes unless it's a last resort for that reason. I've torn elbow ligaments before (not from his moves) and know the consequences in terms of pain and affecting my work and prefer more cautious methods. Overall, I would say it's a good way to get a few escapes from several positions from someone who explains the well and is more engaging in his teaching style than a lot of others, but it's not a comprehensive list of escapes, just his go to, which may fit you well if your style is similar to his.
Has a lot of escapes and includes a lot of key details
Fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Escapes Gi & No Gi by Lachlan Giles
