Immediate Results – Details That Actually Work
Jiu Jitsu For Old Guys: Nasty Control & Sneaky Submissions by Bernardo Faria
I haven’t even finished this instructional yet, but it has already helped me tremendously. I’m 26 years old—not exactly an “old guy”—but I train back-to-back Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and judo classes, so I deal with soreness and minor injuries pretty regularly. This instructional has been a game changer for that. What really stands out is Bernardo Faria’s attention to detail. He breaks down even the smallest adjustments that make a huge difference when it comes to control and finishing submissions. These are details I was missing before, and once I started applying them, I immediately saw results. I’ve already been using some of the chokes and submissions from this series, and my training partners have actually commented on the difference—better control, tighter finishes, and more effective overall pressure. That alone says a lot. This instructional is perfect whether you’re older, dealing with fatigue, or just want a smarter, more efficient game. I’m honestly impressed and grateful for the knowledge here. Definitely planning on picking up Bernardo’s passing instructional next.

Jiu Jitsu For Old Guys: Nasty Control & Sneaky Submissions by Bernardo Faria
I'm a big fan of Bernardo so I based mi game in HG/DHG and Over Under. This instructional gave me the techniques I needed to submit my partners once I passed their guards or got the sweep, whitout risking the position. Sorry my English, I'm from Chile.
Mastery for the masters division
Jiu Jitsu For Old Guys: Nasty Control & Sneaky Submissions by Bernardo Faria
I always appreciated the classic Bernardo Faria instructionals around over under and other pressure passing techniques. But as a master athlete, the new takes of his Instructionals for older people is even better as it helps me to stay sharp on the mat. Even when I turn older quicker that I would like to admit. Great content

Best instructional I have viewed thus far. In depth and easy to implement. Broken up logically into parts. I would recommend you view a portion and try to implement it instead of watching the entire instructional at once.
