Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older and Less Athletic - Bottom game: Gi by John Danaher
Just focusing on this instructional and top game one could probably be enough for you to learn and enjoy Jiu Jitsu while being effective against younger people. My only concern has nothing to do with Danaher and his instructional, and it's the sound quality which could be managed better by an audio engineer before publishing the product. It sounds low quality, and too boomy.

No Gi Fundamentals Bottom Game by JT Torres
Really nice series, especially the 4-th part, where JT is covering basic but effecitve options from shin on shin, single-X, and X-guards. But all four parts are great place to start for beginners: closed guard, half guard and butterfly are covered. If you want to start exploring guard game, but still not sure on which guard to focus, this may be a way to go.
