Championship Catch Wrestling: The Head and Arm Ride by Josh Barnett
I love the head and arm position because I find myself there all the time. Once you get used to controlling your opponent and preventing the back take, there are a lot of options. Josh is a great instructor and really expanded my horizons with different finishes and details to maintain control. I definitely recommend checking it out.

Anything by Andre is good! - Hippoplata Doesn't Disappoint
Initially because of inflation & interest rates crushing myself and the rest of the middle class, I was considering pulling back on expenditures and then I saw Hippoplata by Andre, I've seen some clips of him teaching on some social media video platforms, the guys just a brilliant teacher, he's very good, very technical explains how and why moves work. Hippoplata is not something I was looking for as a move to work on but I saw Andre offering the course and figured why not? Very cool stuff, it does not disappoint. Anything by Andre is worth your time, he's just a very good instructor.

Such a great course!! - Andre is a Brilliant Instructor - Brilliant Course
Side Control Dominance by Andre Galvao
Side Control is one of my favorite positions because of the sheer amount of pressure that can be exerted on opponent. Andre does an absolutely masterful job breaking down and teaching the position. He just doesn't gloss over details and then give submissions. Andre breaks down the position and discussing applying pressure, where your should place your head, where your hands should be, why in self defense situations you might prefer side mount to the full mount. He discusses your legs, where to place them, being on your knees and how to apply pressure that way, he discusses holding down side mount with one leg straight and one knee down and vice versa and WHY you might or might not want to do it. Like really technical, I really appreciate him breaking down the position and explaining in the detail. You feel like you in the Harvard of Jiujitsu with an extremely proficient professor guiding you along the way.
Def recommend

The No Gi Deep Half Guard 2.0 by Jeff Glover
First of all, this is a great instructional. Get into deep half... get the knee to the ground, observe the reaction, and go one of three ways. Super easy to understand and implement. Then he shows you a few ways to get to deep half, all of which are pretty easy to wrap your head around. Then he shows you some things to avoid. Thats about it... but worth every penny. Thanks Jeff!

Professor Danaher is an amazing instructor. He presents the material so effectively and clear, I was having trouble understanding the triangle, I would lock it in pull on the head and squeeze as hard as I could hoping for a tap. Now because of this instructional I understand the principles for not just one but five triangle chokes. I just wanted to say thank you Professor Danaher, I would recommend this for anyone who wants to improve their skill set.
