Worth the time and effort
The B.R.A.I.N. Method by Ron White
Very worthy of your time, money and effort. I am familiar with memory systems such as the memory palace, or memory walks. This instructional does a great job of addressing these systems and then helps to apply them to BJJ. Not only with concrete and detailed examples but by giving you the method to address for future use and for areas outside of BJJ - grocery list, names, numbers, etc. It will take a little bit of work, but it is well worth the time and effort!

The Road to Blue Belt
The Road To Blue Belt by Travis Lutter
In my opinion and based on my experience, I think it's a great video. It covers the basics, explains them well, and shows the details clearly. It’s a good tutorial to help you focus on the basics if you’re a white- to blue-belt. If you’re a blue belt, it helps you refine some of the basic movements. If you’re a purple or brown belt, it gives you a good overview of the fundamentals, so you can share them in a more structured way. It’s like a good book that’s a must-have in your library—it never goes out of style and always teaches you something, depending on where you read it

Great instructional for breaking down how to improve and study specific aspects of your game, technique, submission, etc. It will take some work on your part, but love the way it is broken down into phases, identifying the problem, best ways to review and even picking the correct partner. Recommended for those willing to put in the time on specific items to improve your game.
