Solid Concepts for a Heavier Top Game
Lung Ride System by Liam Resnekov
There are absolutely a few golden nuggets in the Lung Ride System that make it a worthwhile watch. It delivers exactly what it promises without overcomplicating the concepts. The main takeaway I got from it was the mechanical shift in how to apply top pressure. Instead of just driving dead weight straight down, the instructional emphasizes putting an opposing force from the bottom of the body as well. By anchoring your hands under their back or head and pulling up while actively driving down, you create a vise effect that severely restricts their ability to carry your weight. It is a straightforward but highly effective detail that will immediately upgrade how heavy you feel. Overall, it's a very practical resource for anyone looking to refine their control and make their top game significantly more exhausting for their training partners.

Simple, efficient system
The Split Guard System by Karel "Silver Fox" Pravec
Pravec is a good instructor who keeps the material easy to understand. All the necessary details are contained in the instruction to make the position effective. But I agree with another reviewer that Pravec tends to talk and go on tangents but it is all relevant to what he's teaching and his NY accent helped keep my attention. Overall, this is a good system that bridges the gap between closed guard and open guard. If you put the work to drill this with your partner, your guard will certainly become more dangerous.
