Back Attacks Enter The System by John Danaher
Hundreds of 5 star reviews …for a VERY good reason! Rock solid encyclopedia of leg lifting ck information! Is it redundant? Yes. Does that retract from its value? NOT AT ALL! Lots of information…usually in small doses.

Excellent update/expansion to Outside Ashi system.
Outside Ashi Reloaded by Jason Rau
This is an excellent instructional, expanding upon Jason's previous series "Dynamic Outside Ashi - Leg Attacks". This instructional focuses on the heel hook & ankle lock dilemma. There is some overlap with Jason's previous releases, but many new options are covered and previously unseen details are shown. Jason's instruction is clear, detailed, and insightful. However, like all of Jason's instructionals, this set is fast, dense, and deep. Most students will need to re-watch this instructional several times to absorb all the details. I think this instructional would be most useful to students who have already studied Jason's "Dynamic Outside Ashi - Leg Attacks" and "Dynamic Ankle Locks." I would also recommend Jason's other instructional sets "Understanding The Reap" and "Dynamic NoGi 50/50" which all complement this set.
Dynamic Outside Ashi: Leg Attacks by Jason Rau
This is an excellent instructional, covering a simple but highly effective system. The reap and the outside heel hook are central to the system, so this instructional is most suited to NoGi Adult Black/Brown rules or ADCC Pro rules. Jason's instruction is clear, detailed, and insightful. However, like all of Jason's instructionals, this set is fast, dense, and deep. Most students will need to re-watch this instructional several times to absorb all the details. I would also recommend Jason's other instructional sets "Dynamic Ankle Locks", "Understanding The Reap" and "Outside Ashi Reloaded" which naturally complement this set.

Master The Move: The Shoulder Crunch Series by John Danaher
Very good video. I think he is actually improving in teaching methodology. He’s maintaining his attention to detail without it being too overwhelming for the student. The use of Reese and Placido to constantly demonstrate moves is a great help to visualize the technique, as well as common reactions. This move feels more like a system now, one that I can manage.
****** Guard Passing Knee Shield
Gringo Guard Passing Knee Shield by Faris Ben-Lamkadem
This is pretty good, this can be such a difficult guard to pass but the instructions here a very clear and well executed.
All on guard retention

excellent course. very detailed and has variations and transitions that flow positions very well and show you how to connect them if one is defended or missed.

Amazing Blueprint
Side Attack Blueprint by Matt Arroyo
The details and overall system for the sidecontroll are nice, comprehensive. Its a nice refresher to review all signigicant positions and attacks from side controll. I really enjoyed this one. Matt Arroyo also seems to be a very capable, funny and commited coach. Can definitely recommend this one. I will also try Matts other instructionals.
Some decent info
Weight Training For Grappling by Michael Israetel
There is some decent info in this video. even down to some sample workouts. Never heard of deloading before watching this video so that seems beneficial. Mr Istaetel definitely likes to talk but keeps it pretty interesting. Plus couldn't beat it for the low price.
Top Control
Forever On Top Control by Tum Energia
Great for keeping top control by switching from one pin to another rather than stubbornly insisting on keeping the same pin only to lose the position.
