Game Changer
The Sacrifice Throw Blueprint by Dainis Nguyen-Huu
I’ve been training BJJ for 8 years and always felt my throws were a weak point, especially the dramatic sacrifice techniques. This instructional by Dainis Nguyen-Huu is exactly what I needed. The production quality is top-tier (as usual for BJJ Fanatics), and the instructor explains concepts in a way that even intermediate grapplers can absorb quickly. If you want to expand your stand-up game and add some high-percentage (and fun) sacrifice throws without getting smashed, this is worth every penny.
Fun watch
Kimura Hunting by Kazushi Sakuraba
I was concerned how easy this would be to follow since a translator is being used, however this proved to be no problem. I thought this was not only interesting but fun to watch. I also landed the first move taught in my first attempt while rolling, so that alone made me happy.

Throws That Work!
The Sacrifice Throw Blueprint by Dainis Nguyen-Huu
Another solid instructional from Dainis Nguyen-Huu! I found a lot of success with the foot sweep blue print and now I am adding these sacrifice throws to my game. After watching many of his highlights using these throws, I gad to make sure to grab this! Do yourself a huge favour and add this to your collection, you will not be disappointed.
Clear and practical
The Sacrifice Throw Blueprint by Dainis Nguyen-Huu
Very good instructional. Clear and practical. The techniques are broken down in a way that makes them easy to understand, with plenty of detail on timing, grips, and common mistakes. Looking forward to adding some of these to my game and using in upcoming competitions.

Kyra Gracie's Closed Guard
The Gracie Secrets: Closed Guard by Kyra Gracie
Kyra Gracie makes this course interesting by her intensity and passion. She provides a closed guard system that is rather complete. She was ranked as one of the female GOAT of BJJ and was multiple time champions. The "Gracie secrets" that she shares are improvements of classic closed guard that Rickson or Roger advised her to complete her guard system and she shares several of them. I don't always finish my BJJFanatics course, but this one was not too long, while providing quality informations. Thanks!

There’s so much good stuff to learn from danaher. Not only does this video offer a complete bottom game plan made by danaher it also is one that can be used by less athletic players against more athletic opponents. The sacrifice throws are broken down in a clear, easy-to-follow way, with plenty of details that make them practical to apply. Even if you're not planning to build your entire game around sacrifice throws, the concepts carry over to other areas of stand-up. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to build more confidence on the feet and expand their takedown game.
