Really a masterpiece
They Shall Not Pass by Gordon Ryan
I love his instructionals. I Love how he takes to the time to create an entire system, not just a series of moves. Also, there is always an underlying theme allowing us to be innovative as long as we stick to the entire basic ideas of each position. I really appreciate that he takes the time to put these out and is a perfectionist. He actually has a wonderful format and then a qucik summary after each section. I actually will only buy his videos from now on. Head and shoulders better than anyone else.

Cuban Boxing Fundamentals by Aladino Rodriguez and Isidoro Nicolas
These two are straight to the point and provide you with solid fundamentals. They show you the step and why you want to move like that, and what happens when you don't follow the steps as they instruct. I really would like to have them back and demonstrate bag workouts or drills to improve.

The Russian Takedown System For Grappling by Vlad Koulikov
Great video! Easy to follow. Takedowns are structured from easy to advanced, so everyone can start to adapt and find takedown techniques. I feel like really everyone can ! Long I searched for videos of takedowns that don't put to much weight on my back (I have a back disc injury) here you use the momentum of your partner and you don't have to carry his/her weight. A lot of techniques are without carrying and without overcomplicated movements. I absolutely recommend it !

This sweep is :fire:. Even when they know you want it, your still likely to hit it. the sweep is so easy to hit that people always put themselves in a position to be swept. I've been hitting the giggler on black belts since I was a blue belt. Get this 👊�.

Wim's technical and tactical approach to the game, while also preserving your body for longevity, is key to his success on and off the mats. His philosophies are immediately applicable and - as you will notice - very high percentage. Opponents without an open mindset or training partners that are stuck in 'traditional' bjj philosophies will be confused after they tap and they will ask themselves over and over again "but how could this happen? I had him in a good position". Well that's where Wim's principles kick in, when you think you're winning, there is always an ace up his sleeve. Great stuff as always!

The Winning Fundamentals Of MMA by Chael Sonnen
A lot of the material within this instructional is already included in Sonnen's Gangster Grappling video...considering this, there are several little tricks and tips that is reviewed in this instructional that aren't included in the Gangster Grappling video that I found helpful. Overall, I would say for the price point its a nice instructional; however, if you already have Sonnen's GG instructional it isn't worth the extra bits of info. As always, its nice to get new material from The Gangster.

I had a subscription to ATOS Online and I can tell that the game Kaynan is showing pretty much resembles what is shown there but in a very comprehensive way. Therefore, if you have seen Kaynan competing and you want to emulate the SLX style, I can recommend this instructional. He is presenting a series of moves and explaining his thoughts/reasons behind the move. It has everything that I expect from an instructional in this price range.
