Bravo Victor!
Z-Guard Destruction by Victor Silverio
Victor is an excellent instructor who has an authentic passion for not only dismantling Z-Guard's but also teaching. It will be fun to go back and watch this video and after his successful grappling and MMA careers and see how many times he used these techniques throughout his career to pass his opponents guards and submit. I just hope he releases more quality content.

The Art of Kundalini by Gian Randev
This vastly improved my Jiu Jitsu game as well as my life in general. My cardio has increased to levels I didn’t think where possible and I feel much calmer on the mat and throughout the day.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:A high quality instructional
The Full Mount Escape Plan by Andre Galvao
Objective of this instructional Andre states that this instructional is about defensive strategies from the mount position. The focus is on gaining a foundational understanding of the mount bottom position and escaping this position. In addition, the last volume of this instructional includes some defences for the armbar and an omaplata escape. Content Volume 1 (46 minutes and 3 chapters, including an introduction) covers: a brief introduction including the objectives of the instructional; the second chapter covers a range of topic specific warm up drills (i.e., various bridging, hip escape and movement drills including rolling); and the final chapter is an overview of the mount position including variants from both the top and bottom position. The last chapter identifies the range of things that you should not do and the things you should do when in the bottom position from both a self-defence and BJJ perspective. Volume 2 (45 minutes and 6 chapters) covers: how to survive the mount bottom position by using positioning, framing and choosing appropriate responses to your opponent’s actions; the Upa escape, with Andre noting that this escape is often his first option to escape the mount, as even if it fails it will open up space to escape; the mount base escape, which is an escape used in response to the situation where the opponent during an Upa escape is able to free and post their trapped leg; several forms of the mount shin frame escape, which is an elbow escape variant including a version where the opponent crosses their feet under your legs and applies strong pressure to your hips; and the mount shin frame overhead escape, which is an escape to use where the opponent has crossed their feet under your legs and using one arm they control your head. Volume 3 (45 minutes and 6 chapters) covers: mount arm trap escapes (x3 versions), which is a basic escape involving trapping their arm(s) with your arms, then driving up with your arms in combination with a Upa to escape; mount arm trap escape version 2.0, is for situations where the opponent has their legs up high under your arms or they have grape-vined your legs with one arm under your head and the other under your arm on the other side and their hands are joined; pressure mount escape is for situations where both of your arms are underhooked by your opponent and their hands are joined under your head with their aim to move to the S mount; mount press escape which is an escape where your opponent does not have control of your upper body and you can easily move to the single x guard; mount press escape version 2.0 is similar to the previous version, however the opponent has grape-vined your legs or crossed their feet under your legs; and the wall walker escape, is used to escape the technical / Z mount. Volume 4 (49 minutes and 5 chapters) covers: S mount frame escape, which is a simple and effective escape; mount back roll escape to ankle lock is an escape and submission attack used when your opponent has moved into the high mount, but it does require a level of flexibility to perform; an armbar defence from an S mount armbar (i.e., centred around getting the elbow to the ground); armbar defence from an S mount armbar that leads to a guard pass (i.e., rocking up and stacking the opponent to withdraw the arm in the armbar and then using a leg drag to move to side control or a second version without the leg drag); and the limp arm armbar defence, which is Andre’s version of the hitchhiker armbar escape and also includes coverage of an omaplata escape. Andre is an excellent and confident instructor. As with his other instructionals that I have purchased he speaks clearly, is engaging and knowledgeable. As you would expect and consistent with his other instructionals Andre repeats the technique including at different angles at a slow pace while continuing to talk through the technique and finally at full speed. Andre’s style is to coach you through the techniques and as required he adds other details and observations. Picture and sound quality are excellent and consistent through the instructional. One camera has been used and the range is excellent, as you are close to the action and can easily see the details of the technique. The available previews are consistent with the whole instructional. In summary, this instructional would appeal to white and blue belts who wish to improve their ability to escape from mount bottom. As noted previously this instructional covers escapes from a range of different mounts and as a bonus includes some escapes from armbars and the omaplata. In my opinion the techniques are effective, efficient and are easy to learn. The total length of the instructional is 3 hours and 5 minutes long.

Footwork-Boxings Transit System by Teddy Atlas
Teddy Atlas I have followed for 20 - 30 years coached and trained by the great Cus Da mato , he is proven and explores not only the great things in fighters but the flaws that some have. He uncovers and discovers where the game is at and where it may need to head. Great teachings here.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Amazing, efficient, and powerful system
The Art of Kundalini by Gian Randev
The practices and exercises in this video are by far the most powerful and TIME EFFICIENT system I’ve experienced for taking care of one’s body and mind. Too often, people overlook the crucial aspect of honing the mind in order to significantly boost physical performance. The breathwork exercises are fantastic and my lung capacity has skyrocketed. My time is precious so I only want to spend it in practices that are precise and efficient, and I have yet to find anything that compares to this framework.

This video has really helped my game. I started adding the techniques to my game recently and have gotten good results, sweeping bigger guys and especially guys my size. Quality of the video is good too. And it comes with the Brazilian Portuguese version and English dubbed version.

Buzzsaw Passing: No Gi by Andrew Wiltse
Tons of details about pummeling, underhook, leg pummeling etc. You can apply most of them into gi as well. I’ve been a pressure passer but holy sh-t now this dude just made me addicted to knee slice and back step.

The No Gi Deep Half Guard 2.0 by Jeff Glover
I enjoy Jeff's teaching style, and I also owned his previous dvds and I can tell that he has updated his techniques based on experience. It was fun to put this into action rolling in class, and the techniques have worked for me on younger and sometimes even more experienced opponents.

No Gi Open Guard Volume 1: K Guard by Lachlan Giles
Such a great product. I particularly liked the open guard game summary at the start giving a high level over view of what you should be looking for in each position. Really helpful to clarify what your goal is. I already loved and play K guard a good bit but this has really upped my game and options from there

Go Further Faster Bundle by John Danaher
I have been training off and on for 10+ years without fully committing due to life and career in the way. This year a friend helped me get back into it. I found I was always frustrated by not knowing little bits of detail to try and progress my training. After a rib injury I purchased the bundle, go further faster; I started watching 'Passing The Guard' series and added to my study by writing training notes in a notebook. Each training session I would attend and pick one skill of passing to practice. My results after 4 weeks of training with just this small portion of the instructional is amazing. I have honed my skill focusing on only 7 passing techniques, from double under, over under, knee cut, smash pass etc . John Danaher reemphasizes having your opponents feet and knees pointing away from you and also controlling the hips prior to moving up to head control. These 2 small tips have greatly improved my game and I am now starting to pass higher belts with seemingly ease. Very happy with the videos so far and look forward to the next series to study!

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Surprisingly good
Submission Arsenal: Closed Guard by Giancarlo Bodoni
These submissions are exactly what I needed. As a white belt I want to learn full guard fully and use it as a hub to get me on top to Mount (Really trying to work Kesa Gatame “Scarf”) or to be dangerous from Full Guard bottom. The way he breaks it down and gives you the little nuances makes ALL of these submissions doable. Now it’s time to work the mechanics and gain the muscle memory. Side note: The Sweeps and back takes by Giancarlo are also worth its weight in gold.

The Half Guard Anthology by Lachlan Giles
I've purchased instructionals from Garry Tonon, Craig Jones, Gordon Ryan, John Danaher, jiu jitsu x instructionals, and various other well-respected names. I can tell you with utmost honesty that this instructional might be the best instructional I've ever purchased. I genuinely believe from white straight to black belt you will be able to learn from this instructional. I didn't realize that I knew so little about half guard until I got 4 hours into this instructional. Watch this instructional, actually study it, and I guarantee that half guard will be one of your most confident positions.

They Shall Not Pass by Gordon Ryan
There really aren’t words to explain this! I recently started learning jiu jitsu here in Canada and then we weren’t allowed to train anymore due to lockdowns etc. I bought this series as well as another by Gordon Ryan and the content is amazing. I went from being passed very often to the same people saying, “Hey, you are really hard to pass!” When people that have competed against purple belts. Ryan is a master at breaking stuff down and making it super easy to understand! I just get the concepts even being a total beginner. I would be training with blue belts and be like here try that position on me that nobody else could get out of, and I get out! Then I have to become the teacher. It’s hilarious! Anyway, I’ll cut it short by saying great job and keep them coming! I looked for a part two to this series but couldn’t find one, so I am assuming there isn’t one yet? Thanks again!!
