Escaping Fr Side Control & Kee on Belly
Escaping From Side Control and Knee on Belly by Ante Dzolic
Ante Dzolic gives clear details on moves most upper belts know but may have forgotten. I use these videos from time to time to help fill holes in my BJJ and find the moves are all traditional solid BJJ tried and true. I strongly recommend all of his videos if you want a solid foundation to work off of. He puts the moves together in a way where you can work them in series instead of at random. It is important to know when to use them and that is what he is helping with in his presentation.

ruduce of injury
Train Safe: Reducing The Risk of Injury Accidents In The Jiu Jitsu Training Room by John Danaher
"Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that utilizes both strength and body weight. Unexpected injuries always occur. However, the risk of injury can certainly be reduced with an understanding of dangerous techniques and consideration for your opponent. The culture of the dojo (or academy) is extremely important. A culture of respecting your opponent and growing together is essential. If it becomes a survival game, the team disappears."
