Systematic Approach
Upper Body Chain Attacks by Janine Mocaiber
This was a short but juicy guide to systematically attacking the upper body, basing it around the choi bar attack from half. It works through numerous possible responses from your partner/opponent and how to adapt to them so that you come out on top/with a submission no matter what. It covers both technical details and positional concepts. As a gal who plays from bottom half, I'm excited to apply this to my game.
