Excellent info
Open Guard: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
Really helpful in every way good to learn while at home
Great structure
Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older Or Less Athletic Bundle by John Danaher
Very detailed but super useful with technical details. All the sections piece together and refer back to a common theme / system / way of playing which has been invaluable to my learning lately. That kind of structure is what many instructional miss, show you a bunch of moves but not link back to the common concept and how they all tie together. Seen a big improvement since using this in the last 3 weeks alone as I get ready for my first competition!
