Jiu Jitsu Wizardry
Half Guard Retention and Sweeps: Half Guard Bottom by Professor Henry Akins
Henry Akins can make your jiu jitsu go from mortal peasant to legendary Merlin-like wizardry! Between Henry and Pedro Sauer's details I've been able to put together some solid jiu jitsu that has had many of my training partners (from white to black belts) asking just what the heck it is that I'm doing. This half guard bottom series from Henry is short but ohhhhh so sweet and straight to the delishous details that make you hungry for more! Seriously great content...you'd be silly to sleep on any of Henry's content. 💯

Using the concepts together should help anyone progress regardless of age or belt level.
