Hidden Gem
Great video. I'm glad I took a chance on it. The Rack is just a rear choke where you turn your opponent belly down. Simple but underutilized. Watson provides clear detail to make it work effectively. In the second half he shows a funnel system to get to it from almost everywhere. Taking 1 star away because the audio was really bad in a few sections.
