Awesome front headlock instirctional from one of the best
Front Head Lock: Control, Submissions and Transitions by Kaynan Duarte
I've been waiting for a guillotine / front headlock instruction from Kynan Duarte because he has tapped a lot of high level competitors with it. Suffice to say, I am not disappointed. There are a lot of great, high percentage techniques that differentiate this instructional from similar ones in the market. a must buy if you like this submission / position.

Transform Your Game with Jeff Glover: A Purple Belt's Success Story!
Break Your Dummy Not Your Friends by Jeff Glover
Jeff Glover's *Break Your ***** Not Your Friends* instructional has been a game-changer for my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a purple belt and a larger practitioner. The innovative approach to training with a grappling ***** has allowed me to refine key aspects of my game, particularly arm drills, mount escapes, and positional transitions. Here's why I highly recommend it: 1. Arm Drills: Glover's detailed breakdown of armbar setups and escapes has helped me improve my fluidity and precision in executing submissions. The ability to drill these movements repeatedly with a ***** has given me confidence to apply them effectively during live rolls. 2. Mount Escapes: As a larger grappler, escaping from mount can be challenging, but Glover's techniques tailored for grappling dummies have taught me how to utilize proper leverage and timing. Practicing these escapes has noticeably increased my success rate in transitioning from bad positions during sparring. 3. Positional Control: The instructional emphasizes connecting sequences and creating combinations, which is invaluable for larger practitioners who rely on pressure-based control. The ***** allows me to drill transitions like moving from side control to mount or north-south without worrying about injuring a partner. Training with the ***** has also improved my conditioning and allowed me to experiment with techniques at my own pace, making it an excellent supplement to live training. Jeff Glover's unique teaching style—combining practical drills with creative moves—has made this instructional both fun and effective. Whether you're looking to sharpen your fundamentals or explore advanced techniques, *Break Your ***** Not Your Friends* is a must-have resource for any BJJ practitioner!
