Loved it. I always end up in side crush top position and unable to get my leg in front of their hips because of lack of flexibility. This instructional allowed me to gain immediate benefits by using the Kimura grip which is quite easy to get. I got to use some of the techniques including armbar and N/S Kimura immediately after watching. Both of these techniques eluded me because of my mobility issues but not any more! TY!
