Masochistic
Lung Ride System by Liam Resnekov
You will not make any friends applying the concept but it makes a lot of fun. I am now regularly applying the concept into my game when ever I get the chance. Not everything works perfectly fine and some are not IBJJF legal but there is plenty of content that works fine and it opened my eyes to the right application of pressure without gazing me out.

Effortless Jiujitsu
Effortless Jiu Jitsu by Rich Byrne
This video provided me with a system to deal with the most common positions that is easy to understand. I was concerned that it would be too complex, but it was easy to adapt to my game and it does not require alot of strength or flexibility. Highly recommend it.

Master The Move: The Anaconda Strangle by John Danaher
great content
Great For Learning Chokes
I love how Travis Stevens explains moves. It just makes sense when he talks and demonstrates, and as a result he is probably my favorite instructor on bjj fantaics. This instructional is a short 40 or so minutes, but jam packed with different variations of effective chokes from gi. He does them from all positions, but a large portion of them are from back mount. Really glad I purchased this, as it is helping me diversify my choke attacks against more experienced opponents.
Fundamentals & Concepts by Travis Stevens
Excellent instructional. Covers moves from all positions. I was a purple belt when I purchased this, and it really added additional moves to my repertoire for different positions. This is one of the best instructionals I have purchased on this website.
