Brick does a really good job of explaining details of setting up the Kesa. His escape explanations helped show what needs to be done when to get into the proper setup. The submissions were icing on the cake. My coach suggested this video and it was well worth it.

I learned a lot from this instructional. He talks about the strengths and weaknesses of the position. There is not a lot of time in each video, but I still felt like I got tons of value as I would from Craig Jones or Gordon. Owen was very concise. Also, at the end of the instructional he tells you how to play some games to get better much faster. The games were very valuable to me and if you do them, I think they alone are worth more than the cost of the instructional. I also have Dan's milk the system leg lock instructional, and this one is comparable to that one except I really liked the games he added at the end.
