Worth it
Not only did this help shift my game when dabbling in mma, but it also helped me understand wrestling concepts much better, which in turn helped me assist my 10 year old son understand what he is being taught at his wrestling club.

I really love the direction Craig is taking his new instructional. Prioritizing standing up, shooting, and turtling is a great shift if your focus is mma or self defense

Strong Fundamentals Interpretation
Side Control Authority: Arm Isolation and Dominance by Alex Smith
Every practitioner has their own interpretation of fundamental concepts. Each is unique in technical application but also follow core concepts. I can tell Alex Smith is a Roger Gracie black belt because his techniques are simple, efficient, and conceptionally sound. This instructional is excellent. Everyone should be able to find a few details here and there to add to their game.
