Fundamentals of Guard Passing by Kron Gracie
It’s an interesting instructional. The approach of Kron is to pass without being explosive. So many tricky moves will help to dismantle the opponent’s guard. As a beginner, I think this level of BJJ is higher for me. I know that I ll go back to this instructional, again and again. So many gems in it. I was too rushed. I wanted to watch it all in one shot and apply some of the techniques straight away. Now, I prefer to go step by step and apply one technique at the time (ex : breaking the knee shield). In the long run, this instructional will worth gold for me cause I ll be able to use less strenght and explosivity and focus on the techniques of Kron. Love it. And I like the guy. He is one of kind. Thanks to yall. Oss ))

I personally really dislike instructional DVDs with like 6+ discs containing a bunch of techniques that tend to work well only for them, and the instructor spends most of the time just talking with convoluted explanations. Fortunately, I was able to find this DVD where Professor Friedman was able to break down very basic yet effective techniques in a very articulate manner. He is quick and to the point.
