This tutorial's main emphasis is on using the leg log techniques safely. The author places a focus on strategies that can be applied to IBJFF competitions. The majority of the techniques concentrate around a straight ancle lock. In addition, a sizable portion of the exercises are given as phases of a game between two players that are developed progresively. I highly recommend for all levels.
