Pass Like a G with GE by Gezary Matuda
Professor Gezary Matuda created an amazing instructional about guard passing. The parh is clear. Avoid frames. If not possible fix them and move around. If not possible change positon and then move behind thw frames and pass. Her way to turn on your heel to get off the hooks was game changing for me. She always explains to whys and hows. Highly recommend!!

There aren’t enough quality instructionals on the core basics of gi based Jiu Jitsu like collar and sleeve so this was an excellent find. It starts off with the basics but then builds up to more intermediate techniques. The collar and sleeve lends itself to Omoplatas so there’s quite a bit of content on the subject.

Hybrid Cradles and Leg Locks by David and Vince Petrone
I own every Blackout instructional, and every time I pick up something new and valuable. Coach Dave and Vin if your not implementing hybrid-jiu jitsu to your game you’ll be behind the curve. I was fortunate to attend a seminar and get a private lesson with them, which added to my perspective on the cradle as a measure of control and pressure leading into the ****. I’m this iteration Vince shows of a lot of slick leg attacks that are functional and precise. Well worth the value.

Professor D. D. P. offers a very valid mikro system which will be kind of a back up system in my game. I like the positions and techniques because most the given one are working back and forth with very little adjustments. Some of my favourite grips and submissions are right there too so that there is a great flow within it for me. So valuable as an additional escaping toolkit with great offensive potential!!
