There are many of the Collar & Sleeve videos. This one is a kind of a gently introduction to that guards. The content is well structured. It begins of the correct position, guard retention and then attacks. I like that the each position is repeated at different angles and you can see the opponent body parts and the reaction at any angle. Also, the goals of the opponent is explained, so the guard player knows what the common moves would expect. I would recommend for someone that is starting with the C&S guard.

This is how Professor Kennet Ekelund Waale offers deep knowledge about how chokes/strangles work and how to use anatomical knowledge of the human body to use edges and cages to get to and establish the mount as your foundation. Then you get explained the Ezikiel Chokes from mout in depth and how they wor in union. This is already amazing. But you get a way more. You get the defense too. The absolute greatest benefit are the training and mindset strategies for your jiu jitsu!! I love the Ezikiel. I love this instructional!!!
