Lapel Chokes From Everywhere by Miko Hytonen
Miko's enthusiasm for Jiu-Jitsu is very clear to see and that makes this instructional one of the best for me. Techniques are explained very well including the finer details to get the submissions. I've enjoyed putting the techniques to the test in rolls and I've had a lot of fun and success with them. I am a middle-aged grappler and not so 'fluid' in my movements but I am able to use/modify many of the techniques Miko demonstrates. Lots of fun!

Phil Dari’s methods are awesome. I not only purchased this one, but also his Heavy Hitter Plan. What is presented here in the Rolling Strong Volume is great for me when I work out by myself, but also do I use excerpts in my classes (Krav Maga) and people are overwhelmed - most have not come across these drills and it’s so much fun & very functional.
