Standing2Ground: Positional Dominance & Scrimmage Wrestling by John Danaher
All of Danaher's instructions are top notch and this is no exception. Stand up is a weak point of most jiu jitsu gyms so I felt the need to pick up this instructional to help my game. John's system of breaking down this complicated position (for me) and providing effective, low risk techniques really helped.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Pressure Passing upgraded with takedowns and submissions
Pressure Passing for Older Guys by Mario Sperry
Professor Mario Sperry developed a simple and compact passing game surrounded by takedowns and mount and submissions. He also shows when there are possibilities to take the back. He also shows his knee on belly game and how it fits into the system. He utilizes kneecut based and side smashed based passing to beat almost all different kinds of guards. Iz is all about getting chest to chest. I like his over under passing the most. Especially his counter counter. His knee on belly approach is a very active ride to control and submit. His takedowns arw a congruente system too. Recommend!!

The Gracie Secrets: Closed Guard by Kyra Gracie
Professor Kira Gracie shares her knowledge created by her own and her family. She is doing some little details a little different which helped me so safe energy and be more efficient and effective a lot. For example when and how to do the leg switch when someone is in your closed guard and how to get really heavy on your opponents hps and thighs. Because of her I really understood how dynamic closed guard is already in terms of maintenance. Further more this instructional helped my a lot to finish my omoplata in general because of her variation were you not have to focus on bringing both of her legs close instead you focus more on gaining hight and foucs on top pressure to finish. Also her gripping adjustment and hip placement when she is going for the takedown after her opponent stood up made it work for me too. She is very structured and on point. Highly recommend!!

The Roger Gracie Closed Guard System by Roger Gracie
Professor Roger Gracie shares his way of playing the closed guard with greadt dedication to teaching the techniques he has been playing since ever. He points out all do's and dont's by explaining the paths you would run into if you are not aware of. He talks about weight distibution and angles and how to utilzie your grips to get the proper angle and set up. Best example for it is hsi signature sweep. I could put it to work after teaching myself the proper sensitivity via low resistance technical training. He also points out when to prefer which type of sweep and how to put your opponent always into a dilemma between submission and position or submission and submission. Heleüt his teaching simple and very structured so that you can follow easy! A great athlete AND a great teacher!!
