This is a refreshing take on both passing the guard and instructionals. Andrew and bird do a great job illustrating every concept from multiple angles. The explanation is also sufficient to install both the technique and the reason for applying the technique. One thing that I would love to see is actual footage from competitions or rolls where Andrew applied the principles. That's just for constructive feedback though, I've been taking what I learned here and seriously beating up guard players at the gym. Emotional damage.

The content in this video is pure gold. I have watched other mount escape videos by some other popular names, and while those videos were also great, I believe this mount escape series by Burton Richardson is the best one because it was easier for me to understand the concepts along with practical application. The instruction is very detailed and covers numerous situations as well as counters. The escape combination part was also very helpful and is very eye opening. This video is extremely thorough and well done!
