Overall good, some flaws on flow
The Sit Up Guard by Lucas Lepri
Its obvious that Lucas Lepri knows his stuff on the sit up guard, but the flow on the instruction is a little odd. Its fairly fast paced, and requires to do a double take sometimes. Then the key concepts are at the end of the instructional is weird. Overall good, still feel like I learned a lot from it and ready to apply it on the mats.
The moves a easy to follow and understand.

understanding the distance on top
Understanding The Distance On Top by Gui Mendes
Gui breaks down the distance in a match how important it is to know what you have to do but more importantly knowing what your opponent is likely to do. This concept of distance is not usually discussed in class or if it is it's vague so I've never really understood the importance of distance until now ! It's critical to KNOW what stage you are at in a match (far close contact) so you can then utilize the appropriate technique accordingly. Gui breaks it down so I could understand the concept of distance and if I can learn from a world champion you bet I will !
