Principles of Passing
Pass Any Guard: The Principles of Passing by Roy Dean
Roy Dean presents a VERY well articulated series of guard passing concepts. Imo,this video is geared more towards the intermediate practitioner than the less experienced. There are a wide assortment of “technique” based videos available- this one presents principles and concepts in order for the player to develop his/her own “techniques “. A great breakdown of guard passing!
Incredibly clear and practical,
Fix Your Fundamentals: Spider and Lasso Guard by Jared Welman
Great organized layout going from kneeling to standing, and laying out sweeps, submissions, transitions and passing. Really appreciate the focus on chaining things together as it is very practical when rolling. Too often instructions explain moves in isolation which makes it much harder to apply in rolling the chains here show great synergistic moves which actually work ! If you are looking to build your Lasso/Spider guard game up or polish it this is for you. Very clear and concise presentation.
Danaher of Sport Science
Weight Training For Grappling by Michael Israetel
About this program: It's cheap, concise and effective. About the guy: Michael Israetel is the John Danager of weight lifting and Nutrition. He is an expert, a PhD in Sport Science, and know his sh*t, and will make you better if you just follow the advice. On top of that he's hilarious, so I recommend following him on Yt.
Not very detailed
