The Fastest Way: To Increase Your Submission Percentage
The Fastest Way: To Increase Your Submission Percentage (No Gi) by John Danaher
Great details
Excellent instruction, though a little fragmented
The Mechanics Of No-Gi Chokes by Jordan Preisinger
Jordan's instruction and demonstrations are excellent! You will absolutely understand the mechanics of no-gi chokes, why certain things work and other don't, and how to apply them. The only issues are (1) the camerawork resulted in a lot of blurry shots, and (2) there are a lot of "rabbit trails" that can make things hard to follow.

Upper body takedowns for jiu jistu
Standing2Ground: Upper Body Takedowns by John Danaher
This series is without a doubt the best I have seen for the standing position. Any one of the videos in this series would be enough for you to have a very good takedown game. Any two is even better. And if you have all three it is all I think you will ever need for a very long time. This is probably the most valuable one of the series if you are already very competent in wrestling style takedowns, but they are all very good

Filthy Kimura
The Filthy Kimura by Neil Melanson
This is a great overview of the kimura submission. It is unlike anything you will find in pure jiu jitsu because of Neil's catch wrestling background. It provides you with a good set up from most relevant positions (i.e. not bottom mount or anything like that) and is a good threat to have in all these positions.
Shoulder pin guard
The Shoulder Pin Guard System by Neil Melanson
This is an awesome guard. It is a lot like rubber guard in that it is a very secure, dominant position you can get to with lots of submissions from the position. It is my favorite guard at the moment.

The Ground Marshal Half Guard by Neil Melanson
This is great for not just half guard, but for scrambling and mat wrestling concepts for submission grappling. I highly recommend it.
