Octopus Guard 2.0 by Craig Jones
I have been using these moves in competition and training and they work very well. The issue is he has this very fine looking lady in the video so Dagestani men cannot watch but for me I am finding myself having to relieve myself 3 to 4 times everytime I watch the videos so it takes a while to get through.

My first by our favorite uke over the years. He did a great job! Love the format and details and the emphasis on developing skill through quality reps. Guillotines have been my favorite sub the past three years. And this is the best instructional I've seen. (I really only have Lachlan's no gi chokes. And have seen Danaher's front headlock. If you have those, this is still very much worth getting. )
